(Notice: Please don't spoil plots for any of the games mentioned here, as I haven't finished all of them yet.)
Hi! I'm interested in finding games that use this specific mechanic. That mechanic being split timelines where you are free to hop back in a flowchart to where each important choice is made.

Some examples I have are the Henry Stickmin series, Zero Escape series, Radiant Historia, and 428: Shibuya Scramble.
This mechanic is really fun, so I was wondering if anyone here knows of other games that have timeline-hopping with flowchart progression.

Even though I didn't like the game too much, AI: Somenium Files has that mechanic, I know a few people who really enjoy the game!

I don't know if I'm understanding you, but maybe something like Detroit: Become Human?

13 Sentinels maybe...?

Was going to suggest 13 Sentinels as well... also some of the Quantic Dream games have good branching paths, Detroit: Become Human has a nice tree to jump back to and see different timelines. The more recent As Dusk Falls also has a decent branching tree that can be revisited.

Will: A Wonderful World
You play as a deity that can manipulate events on a flowchart to get differing outcomes for characters to progress the story. I won't say anything else past that as it's a far to interesting and engrossing experience to spoil.
