Decent and silly. Quite a fair number of frustrations: constant crashes (until fixed with patch), lack of checkpoints, difficulty spikes, tedious travel back and forth. Control and camera issues.
Somewhat satisfying, but nothing amazing.

Es un juegazo como pocos, esta versión de Steam al menos, tiene un único error debido a constantes crasheos que no pude solucionar ni siquiera con el uso del silent patch para Windows 10, por lo demás es un digno estandarte de la marca de Rockstar Games.

This game I can't complain about. Probably one of the best games that helped me get through so much mentally while everything was falling apart around me.
This game had such a solid story. The mini games were fun, the missions weren't easy or hard, THEY WERE PERFECT. The story had such a satisfying ending and I would play this game over a thousand times and not change a word. Solid 10/10 for me.

It's pretty good honestly, more like an 8 but the graphics and controls really hold it back. However, it's such a good game besides those points and would recommend to anyone who enjoys those weird funky controls / graphics. I also grew up with this game so I am a slight bit biased. An absolutely amazing game, I loved every part of it, from gameplay, to story, to soundtrack. Especially one the story picks up, it's such a blast. The ending is amazing to, no complains here at all. I would definitely give Bully a 10/10.

Great entry from Rockstar! Finished about 70% of the unlockables, but if I had more time to dedicate, I could see hunting down all of the collectibles and doing more side hustles. They throw money at you in this game and you don't really need it for much from what I can tell. The boss fights were unique enough that they added a refresher, but leaning on your items is really the key to success. If anything, this game just makes me want to try out RDR2 or a Grand Theft Auto that I haven't touched yet.

Bully

Pontos positivos:

- Ambientação: Ótima, se passa principalmente na escola a Bullworth Academy e na região que se assemelha a New England;
- Gráficos: Um dos mais bonitos da época, bem feito o corpo e rosto dos personagens;
- História: É uma das melhores histórias em jogos, a maneira que seu personagem vai progredindo em suas conquistas é bem construída. Jimmy é carismático e os outros personagens também são bem marcantes;
- Missões: Bem legais, sempre tem um objetivo bem diferente e em lugares novos;
- Objetivos secundários: Puzzles, minigames das aulas e corridas, que são divertidos;
- Movimentação do personagem: Muito bem trabalhado, corremos, andamos de skate, bicicleta, kart e da para jogar dodgeball;
- Combate: Muito bem feito, conforme o jogo vai avançando aprendemos novos golpes, além de atirarmos com variados tipos de armas adaptadas;
- Corridas: Boa, podemos correr pela cidade seja de kart ou de bicicleta;
- Mapa do jogo: Tem um tamanho ideal para o jogo, variedade de lugares seja ele escolar ou da cidade, e bastante área para se explorar. Vale destaque para quando muda de estação do ano para o inverno, no qual os npc's e a cidade em geral fica muito bonita ;

Bully is honestly an all time classic and has rightfully cemented its place as of the greatest games ever made, and I completely understand why. Personally, I found this game to be super fun and engaging. From attending classes, completing missions, doing mini games, and just exploring the open world, it was pretty immersive.

What mainly stood out to me about this game was the comedic satire this game uses to depict the American school system. When I was playing I couldn't help but laugh at the ridiculousness and social dynamics this game had. From the dialogue, character interactions, and clever writing, it all came together to create an entertaining an humorous experience.

I liked how diverse the factions were in this game such as the Nerds, Greasers, Preppies, Jocks, and Townies. Each group offered unique missions and challenges adding more variety to the game. While this game story does have its flaws and is nowhere near perfect, I still found it highly enjoyable and it kept me engaged throughout.

In my opinion, Bully: Scholarship Edition FOR SURE gets a perfect rating. This game's extremally fun gameplay, comedic satire, and overall open world make it a true masterpiece, and I can see why a lot of people want some sort of sequel to this game. Rockstar Games really nailed it out the park with this one, 10/10.

This port is a broken mess that barely runs and crashes at every interval you get it. With that noted, let me tell you how to turn it into one of the best Rockstar games from the PS2 era. Download SilentPatchBully from Github. Go into the config file and set your FPS to 60 (change it back to 30 for "Balls of Snow" in Chapter 3 or your game will freeze. Then download the WidescreenFixesPack for the game (also from GitHub) and start playing.

This game is a spectacular experience. From the mood and atmosphere to the aesthetic style to the minute to minute gameplay and missions, it is very hard to get bored. However it isn't perfect. You can't fast travel between Bus Stops, only back to school. You have to button mash to use vehicles or run fast until you get the scooter (and getting it involves a game where you button mash to get tickets). There are no autosaves, which means if your game DOES crash it will quite a panic attack inducing moment. I really did enjoy almost all of my time with this game, and I really do recommend it with the patches listed above.. but DO NOT buy this expecting it to run out of the box, because it just won't.

I played the game years ago and playing it again pulled my childhood out of the box. It's fun and relaxing. If you're old school or love playing old released games this is one that you most certainly will remember of in a few years. I haven't found any major flaw in game, although it kept crashing. I tried different resolutions and updates but throughout the whole journey of completion I could not fix it. On average crashed every 45 minutes of uninterrupted play time. Maybe cuz I'm running windows 11 but I'm not so sure. Try it if you haven't!

Bully is one of the rare open world games that actually has me wanting to try and complete everything it has to offer, it doesn't have excessive amounts of copy pasted side content, and the world isn't unnecessarily large and filled with padding. The world of Bully is one that is really well designed and does not overstay it's welcome.

Bully has a rather unique premise, the game revolves around delinquent student, Jimmy Hopkins, who has been expelled from multiple different schools. The game starts with Jimmy's parents dropping him off at a new school, Bullworth Academy, a run down school filled with a variety of different social cliques, throughout the game you see Jimmy overtake each of these social groups and earn the respect of them all as he climbs the social hierarchy at the school. Although the premise is simple, Bully manages to keep the story consistently interesting with witty dialog and a large cast of recurring characters it makes for a memorable experience.

The story missions in Bully have a lot of variety to them, typically seeing you going up against the different social groups by getting into fights with them and doing a whole array of different pranks, there's no shortage of unique story missions.

The game has a good amount of side content that is all well paced out, with different content becoming available depending on the time of day, helping to prevent the content from feeling repetitive as you will always have something different to do.

The side content also fits nicely around the story missions and doesn't suffer from a problem that is present in many open world games; feeling like you never have time to do side content, as each story mission doesn't flow directly into the next, with many of them taking place days apart from each other or only being available at certain times of day, allowing side content to be done in between story missions without it feeling like you are taking away from the narrative.

The side content also doesn't feel arbitrary, other than the few collectibles you can obtain, all of the side content feels grounded within the world and is entirely made up of a variety of activities that make sense for Jimmy to be doing, from going to (or truanting) various classes, participating in bike races, taking part in a boxing match or going to the carnival, all of these activities are the type of antics you would expect someone like Jimmy to get up to.

Bully also has another type of side content, errands. Errands show up randomly and are small tasks that typically only take a minute or two to complete, rewarding you with a little bit of money and occasionally an outfit or some other reward. They serve as a good way to fill any downtime you may have when waiting for other activities to become available.

Overall, Bully is an incredibly fun satirical adaptation of the experience of surviving high school, with great dialog and characters, and a large variety of different activities with very little padding, it makes for a unique and enjoyable experience that stands out on it's own in a genre that is incredibly oversaturated with excessively large games filled with copy pasted content.

It has so much potential and is actually quite fun. However, since the game is too long and repetitive, it starts to get boring after a certain point. Plus, it has the classic and dated Rockstar formula so the missions consist of 80% travelling to waypoints and 20% gameplay.

My rating for the game itself is an 8/10. I love the atmosphere, the graphics look great for the time the game came out, and the music is fantastic. There's a ton of stuff to do, and I really liked that attending classes unlocks upgrades, like bonus health from kissing and collectible finders.

I played this a bunch when I was younger and I loved it then, but having now replayed it as an adult, there are some problems that stick out to me. For example, the story and characters aren't all that good. Everyone's an unlikable asshole, though I know this was by design, as Rockstar loves satire and parody. This game is hilarious, but it would have been nice if at least some of the characters I had to do missions for were somewhat likable so that I felt compelled to help them out, instead of only doing so just to progress the story. I also wish Jimmy had some more personality, because sometimes he just goes with the flow and does things for people even though he doesn't really like any of them, which feels weird. He does get money for completing missions, but story-wise, money isn't used for anything. It's pretty much only useful for buying clothes, getting haircuts, going to the carnival, etc. a.k.a. side stuff.

The main villain of the game is great, in that he's super hateable, but I think he should've shown up more. There's also a disconnect between missions and the story as the latter revolves around "taking over" the school and putting an end to bullying, but this only becomes apparent at the end of every chapter, because the missions you do leading up to the final mission of the chapter don't feel like they're helping Jimmy take over the school. Plus, you can clearly see that there's still bullying going on all the time. Everything Jimmy does just leads to the factions respecting him, and only him, rather than anyone else. There's a lot of variety in the missions though, and most of them have funny introductory cutscenes and are generally pretty fun.

The PC port, on the other hand, is a 3/10. It's so bad. There are lots of bugs and glitches, like the audio sounding like static when you swim, the screen shaking when you drive go karts, and clunky camera controls that randomly spin out causing you to get stuck in walls. But the worst of all is the crashing. I played this game with the SilentPatch (absolutely required in my opinion, definitely use it if you're going to play this game) and I still got tons of crashes, mostly during or after missions before I could save, forcing me to redo them. Also, this game is full of quality of life issues. The screen was cut off every time I turned on the game or alt-tabbed, and there's no way to adjust video options when you're in-game, so I had to go back to the main menu, which is the only place where you can adjust the screen resolution, set it to 640x480, and then set it back to 1920x1080. This is a bug, but it would've been so much easier if you could adjust the graphics in-game. You can also invert the camera controls, but only both at the same time, rather than the individual axes, which was very annoying.

There are many other issues with the PC port, but the game itself is mostly a great time and I highly recommend playing it! Oh how I miss good ol' days of Rockstar Games before they became concerned only with online multiplayer and enforcing DRM through their stupid launcher :'(
