Till och med ettan var bättre. No effort över huvudtaget. De hade tagit hur många screenshots som helst från filmen och de gjorde allt vad de kunde för att bara dra ut på spelet.Updated 3 Years Ago

Had fun with this game but not as much as the other two. Camera choice was a poor choice to be honest. The gameplay is good. Not much side content to speak of once you've beaten the game. I think it's the only game where you can't explore hogwarts aside from the last two games of the series.Updated 3 Years Ago

This game is super short, and back when it released I loved it. However upon replaying it, it's just alright, but not terrible either. It's mostly about casting spells, exploring and finding collectibles. The final boss is pretty horrible, but I still do love the flying section.Updated 5.5 Years Ago

EA's take on Goblet of Fire is a bit of a mystery to me. The developer has chosen to take the series into a new, more simplified and yes, even kid-centric direction with this latest iteration and I can't figure out why. Not when Goblet of Fire remains the darkest Potter book and movie yet, and the very chapter of the series that cemented so many adult followers. But that aside, the developer has created a solid new Potter action title. I call it an action title because most of the adventure has been replaced. The Zelda-like feel of the old games is gone. The non-linear level design has vanished. Most of the puzzles have gone with it. And the spell system is now entirely context-sensitive. It's all been dumbed down, in other words.
And yet, it still works and in many ways it's still enjoyable. The presentation of the storyline is convincing and atmospheric. The basic play controls are tight and mostly intuitive. And it's fun to cast a spell, levitate an object and send it crashing into a wall. Meanwhile, the variety of levels, from typical hack-and-slash stuff to on-rails flight missions, is impressive.
The game's not perfect. There are some camera issues. Some AI issues. And I really would have preferred to have more control over spells. But it still arrives as a solid entry to the series. Kids will probably like it a lot. Older players, on the other hand, might want to stick with the book and movie, as both are significantly more engaging.
