This is a really solid old-school-ish cRPG inspired by the old infinity engine games. The strengths are in the excellent and thought-provoking story, setting, and companions. As an indie game, there were a few difficulty spikes (at least for my build), but combat for the most part seemed fair, interesting, and challenging. The graphics are attractive but basic, and the interface is clean and easy to use. This game knows its target audience and I would expect that most of that audience would be happy with this game.

Still good as Avadon 1 but nothing surprisingly new. Great, hard and memorable fights (nothing like kill dozens of rats, jellies and zombies), quite good story (continues from Avadon 1), nice locations. But will not play it once more. Looking for Avadon 3!
