dealing with the gear-swapping "problem" that people complained about back in the day. i personally think this is an awesome idea, and its going to add a LOT of gametime to this game for me. any thoughts?

yeah i got to inferno, breezed thru act one, no problem at all. and then act 2 hit my like a ton of bricks....farmed for a while, got good gear, and made it thru act 2 with next to no problems...some champions here and there gave me hell, but that was no big deal.. well that is the point where i decided that i am going to take a break from diablo.....and have yet to go back for about 4-5 weeks i want to say? also been busy with college registration and stuff, as i am going to be a first year student at a community college....

Well, that is why you have to jailbreak something like the iphone. If you want to play SNES games, you have to jailbreak it and use the phone as an emulator, because you aren't going to find them on the appstore (unless they slip by Apple, anyway).

Yupperz. I used to be big into the jailbreaking scene....would jb classmates' devices for 10-20 bucks each. But basically as soon as those social games where u add people thru friend codes or watever became popular, I just lost interest in idevices...sure they are still good every here and there, but just not as good as when the number 1 free app was a full tower defence game, that u didn't have to buy upgrades with real money. Sure there are ways around that now, but it just seems that all the developers are doing it for now is the money, and yes, I know it is a great money making business nowadays, but wtf ever happened to the companies that did it strictly to entertain people. Gameloft is one example that comes to my mind when i think about this. They make damn good quality games. sure they arent free, I would totally be willing to pay the 3.99 to buy a game that will give me, idk, say 5~10 hours of good solid gameplay, maybe even more. But when I see a game where u have to buy x amount of item with real money to be able to play again, or something similar, it just pisses me off...

Back on topic: yeah I have an Android phone now, and they let all that shit thru. It's really nice.....started playing pokemon red and gold again. Also, hardware keyboard...I really enjoy this for mobile gaming. I personally don't like touchscreens that much. Although I still do have that option. But I don't like it for gaming.

sorry for the late reply. i am currently w/o internet, and am using my phone as a hotspot. lol. and i apologize for not explaining well

i do not have internet, and me and a friend do dual commentaries on video games. we will call each other thru steam and do it that way. well i cant do that anymore, because my internet is super slow when i am using my phone as a hotspot...so i was trying to see if i could call him from my phone, being able to record his and my voice on the computer. also using my headset as speakers/mic for the phone...its really not a big deal if i cant do it tho. just a kid being curious XD

That is a problem that is impossible to avoid if you want quality. If you want HD quality, you have to have a computer that can handle it without lagging your game. As for the file size, it is because it is uncompressed raw footage. It is already hard enough on your computer as it is, so compressing the video as you are playing is just not viable. The simple solution is to compress the footage yourself when you are done and then it is a normal file size. Any windows computer comes with Windows Movie Maker, just open the file there, and hit save file. That file will then be a compressed video.

FRAPs is what most people use for your situation, gaiages.

i have been without internet for a while...and i dont know how much longer it will be, so me and my friend came up with a way of getting around it for single player game commentaries. well i made a picture to help kind of understand whats going on better....



well the only thing that doesn't work this way is the headset microphone to the phone...i did a test call with this, and had to still hold the phone's mic close for the other person to be able to hear....so is there anything i can do with the cables or virtual audio cables to be able to accomplish this?

i would definitely suggest fraps then...there is a sound capture setting, and he would just have to check multichannel instead of stereo to get it to record his voice also. it records all the sound that comes from / goes into his computer.

i personally use fraps. it is an excellent little program. it isn't free, but you can find it for free floating around the net if you know where to look. and for editting i use camtasia, also not free (but same circumstances apply here) and you can upload the video straight from camtasia to a few video hosting sites like youtube.

a kid i work with that is a hardcore runescape player says suomi plays like 18 hours a day??? wtf.....if thats true then..........i dont even know.....besides get a life...

kingdom hearts 1, 2, and CoM. i put SO many hours into those games and they are prollaby what i enjoyed playing the most. oh my gawd and pokemon gold version, i bought that game for 15 dollars at target. idk how many times i got my starter to 100 and just reset to do it over again. those were the good days....

i used to be mainly console (ps1 ps2 ps3) but i slowly got into pc gaming starting with unreal tournament '99 back in the day. and ever since then i started to slowly lean towards pc gaming, until just recently i have been going HARD on pc gaming. i only have 2 games for console now.
