What's Your Longest Gaming Session?

How long have you gamed for in an entire session? The longest i gamed in a single session would have to be about 4-5 Hours! So do you think you beat my high of 4-5 hours...If you did then leave it on this thread

No breaks? 6 hours. With breaks, probably close to 13 - 14 hours.

zenicreverie, Dude That is an amazingly long time dude when i get to around 4 Hours & 30 Minutes i get bored then just go walk to the park, dude what game were you even playing that made you play that long?

The 6 hours session was in the middle of the night, couldn't sleep, so I played an RPG for a while.

13 - 14 all day sessions were a long time ago, back when my friends would get together for LAN party weekends. Various games, Tribes, Counter-Strike, Doom, Quake, StarCraft, Civilization, WarCraft 2 + 3..

Dang your a commited gamer(Plus i coulden't blame you for not being able to sleep) Say What Game did you like the most out of that playing session?

15 Years ago, and you gamed 19 hours DAMN! :o You still did'nt beat nessas time of 22 hours (Nessa is the girl who posted right above when i said 22 hours WOW)

These days I don't have time for long sessions, but to be honest I don't even enjoy playing for very long periods of time. 2-3 hours and I'm like... I'd rather do something else.

When I was a kid I think I had a few 10-12-hr Civilization marathons...

I think my longest gaming session was around the 20 hour mark. I was playing Warcraft III a few years back. Played Simple Living on Battle.net (I hosted), and got a full house. I was still willing to go on, but there was only one other person in the game and when he left I decided I should go too. I've had many 6-8 hour games on Warcraft III Battle.net consisting of Simple Living, and Life as a Colonist (Someone who has played Warcraft III battle.net a few years back may recognize those.). I had to take multiple break between those games for life necessities. Unfortunately Warcraft III is now filled with Dota and you can't really play any other game.

The longest gaming session I've done without breaks that comes to mind is Crysis 2. 7h 19m 55s was my time. That wasn't actually long ago.

DAMN thats a long time for just gaming i useally get bored at about 4-5 hours.......

Hmm... when I was younger (Way younger, in middle school) I played games during Spring Break ALLLLL day each day... so those were 12-15 hour sessions there. I'd say I took breaks, but really, I was a stupid kid and not eat right so eating a bag of chips isn't really taking a break.

As for recently, my play time averages at 3-4 hours on the days I actually play. Recently I had a day off of work and played FFV for like 6 hours straight, but that's about it.

I'm not sure of what the exact time is, but when I was a kid I used to play games all day. The most extensive day I can think of is when I woke up at midday and started playing Chrono Trigger using New Game+. I started at about midday and only stopped once I beat the game, at around what, 3AM? So that makes it 15 hours~ yay! My only breaks were bathroom breaks, and I always eat in my room, so those don't count as breaks since I didn't stop gaming!
Not as long as some of you guys here (I'm looking at you, Nessa...!), but still pretty decent, right? :D

borderands or nazi zombies was the last one and that was about 15hrs with no breaks i could of done longer but my dad told me to go to bed but im setting a new record now...

Yeah, nowadays with work and other stuff I can maybe get in like 2 hours on my days off.

me and a friend played 64 out of the 72 hours after we got kingdom hearts, stopping only for food/bathroom and an occasional 10-20 minute nap. needless to say we got 100% pretty quickly XD

Most games I can't do it for more than a couple hours without needing a break. But a few games like Skyrim and Starcraft 2, I can play all day. Though obviously you should get up and walk around every once and a while. Dying of a blood clot from sitting for too long would not be all that fun.

you do have a good point that some of us should go outside and walk to the park every once in a while, or play with our little brother, or find something to do were your not sitting down all the time, heck just ride an exercise bike!

42 hours with food and stretch breaks....

Happened WAY back in High school - managed to pick up a Gold copy of Ocarina of Time for my sister, but I HAD to play it. Had the house to myself for the weekend so played through the entire thing, wrapped it all back up, and gave it to her for her birthday! :-p

WOW i need to use that method when i give my 11 year old Brother a video game!
