It was bad. I went in knowing it might be bad, but I didn't expect to feel so little about the experience overall in the end. The locations in this game look really nice, but the plot that takes place there sucks. Most of the avatar and modern sonic stages are alright, but the classic sonic levels are awful and the physics are super broken. The custom character customization is super fun to play around with, BUT the wispons and the way there implemented push you to just stick with the basic flamethrower you start with. For every high there's a low for this game earning it my middle of the road score. I would recommend it to anyone who felt the same way as me before I played it, so you can stop anticipating and be over it already (the sooner tbe better).
