Very fun game!
If you like word puzzles and riddles and the feel of an old-school RPG you definitely should check this game out!

The core gameplay is figuring out words that unlock either new attacks/spells or memories of your heroes. I loved all the titbits we learned about the characters; it gave them a little more depth and they usually were just plainly entertaining.

With the rise of AI one would think that maybe the voice lines or the text has been created by AI, but NO, the main game developer wrote and recorded over 4500 voice lines! That’s seriously impressive.

Furthermore, you get an awesome and unique art style, lots of funny and wacky characters, you can fish, you can help write a diss track, you can become royalty, you can have a polyamorous marriage and can spend a whole trip trying to annoy an evil entity.

My only complaint would be that a map would have been great. I loved the art style, but it made most of the areas not very memorable. Good luck when you try to find that one skull again to solve its riddle.

Defintetely would recommend the game if you like word games and riddles!

+Mechanics of the game are the highlight, utilizing words to solve riddles, interact with NPCs and even combat was wonderfully intelligent
+This is a discord co-op game beyond all measure, such a fun and dynamic experience to have with your friends via the shared screen
+Art direction was really strong, unique ideas here and the black/white color palette worked well
+Comedy was excellent
- combat was creative but had a lot of moments of frustration trying to remember good combos and not just jumbling things together
- lore should have been a separate thing entirely, nothing was engaging or interesting enough and made me mostly stop searching out words for the skills.
