If anything you can just make the URL "HLTBOfficial" or something (: PMing the owner of the current page is the best course of option, but you never know...

I'm not quite sure but most likely not.. but hopefully they could get a hold to it already
I would still like to give the Admin the ownership of the page. So everyone keep that in mind. There were just issues when trying to give ownership. So I will see what I can do if the Admin still would like to have it.
