I have been playing through the pokemon series and had just finished Soul Silver not too long ago. I had used Totodile and it worked out for me until I realized that fire types were really sparse throughout Gen 2. If I had to do it over again I would have definitely chosen Cyndaquil instead.

Newest Khruangbin is fantastic

Surprised that the F-Zero soundtrack has not been posted, sharing it to make sure it gets some love here too. Generally not too crazy about Super Fami soundtracks (the sampling is more of an annoyance than a charm) but it just fits what the game was as exactly as you could and stands out compared to many Nintendo soundtracks. Great workout music too.

Yeah I got maybe 1/4 of them post go release and I did notice the price hike but I was already committed so I just bit the bullet and got them when I saw them at an alright price. Yeah Hey you, Pikachu didn’t come out here but I’m thinking of importing it. Next collection is Final Fantasy... should be alittle cheaper/easier to get.

Pokemania in full force

Playing FFVII for the first time ever (yes, I'm that late) and have to say that it absolutely warrants its reputation as one of the premiere JRPGs of the past 30 years.

No love for Clock Tower?

My only request would be that it would be at around 1/2 hour length, a lot of game podcasts tend to drag on and I prefer stronger content over general conversation.

I was hoping to see that this was an actual book based club, I can think of a lot of recommendations; might make a separate thread for it.

Going to hop on Streets of Rage 3 right now, hoping to get a N64 soon to finish Yoshi's Island and complete the rest of the Yoshi games. We'll see how it pans out.

About a year give or take, I'll normally try to play a different version of the game to keep the experience fresh and if its something that I am particularly into then I'll come back to it sooner. I approach it in the same way I watch movies and just make an attempt to reconnect with the work when it feels like the right time to do it.

I just know for sure that there is a Mother I'd choose to spend time with and its not this one.

Is it the 2009 South Korean masterpiece Madeo(Mother)?. Because that movie is really bloody good.

I was alluding to the game series, however I'm definitely interested now. South Korea has some of the best movies in the past 2 decades imo.
