It seems like every day now we learn about a game or online mode that's going away forever!!! OH NO!!
Post the games here that are losing their online servers to raise awareness. For trophy hunters, this is your last chance to earn those online achievements.
PS3 versions of Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3, and The Last of Us are losing online support in September. (Luckily there are remastered versions unaffected by this)
The good news here is that the multiplayer DLC is all free now until it closes.

On all platforms, Minecraft Story Mode Seasons 1 and 2 are going away forever VERY SOON. WHAT?! You won't even be able to download them if you own them.

PS3, Xbox360, PC versions of Burnout Paradise are losing online mode in August. (Luckily the remastered versions are unaffected by this)

Suprised that Final Fantasy XI is still going. At least on PC, pretty sure the console servers went down back when XV was released.

As far as trophies/achievements go, I'm sure a lot of them are impossible to get at this point. I remember playing multiplayer for achievements (back when I cared about it) on games that were new at the time and the servers were already almost completely dead because they were single player-focused games with the multiplayer just shoved in for another bulletpoint on the back cover. The only ones we really hear about shutting down are the ones that were ever popular in the first place.

I only know of those that have already lost their support. The Disney Infinity series, Gravity Rush 2, King's Knight: Wrath of the Dark Dragon, on a more meta level the Wii Shop Channel... the Internet was a mistake.

I think it's also worth considering how many online games are still being preserved with private and fan-run servers. One game that I was a fan of back in my youth was Cartoon Network's FusionFall, a large scale MMO featuring both new and old characters from CN shows. Not sure how long it went for, but I know that CN ended up closing servers at some point, prompting dedicated fans to remake the game from scratch. I haven't seen many updates on it in years, so it may be dormant for the time being, but it comes to show that just because a game's online servers get botched by the original developers does not necessarily mean that it is gone for good.

Hopefully they just remove Multiplayer trophies from these titles, so you can still get your Platinum trophy

It's been confirmed that at least the GOG version of Minecraft: Story Mode will remain playable after this. It's what will happen to the steam version, and if you own it on console or have the boxed PC version, then their statement has pretty much been "tough luck".

They don't and it drives me mad.
I usually do not care for achievements, but I have a single game where I have all the achievements except for the online ones (servers were closed) and it really bothers me for some irrational reason.

The saddest part is that right now, we have the tools to make losing of art impossible.
Even if only one person loves a particular game, they have the tool to preserve it forever. The only reason companies don't allow this is to keep you playing the more new, more monetized game.
Almost all mainstream games on the last ten years will eventually be lost on the void of corporate hunger, and when nostalgia for older games strike this generation, they won't have nothing to return to relive their childhood memories.
