My name is Graham, and I am a pretty hardcore gamer, though I'm sure there are many people who devote even more time to their favorite hobby. I live in downtown St. Louis with my wonderful husband who is a more casual gamer, though he is pretty hardcore into Civilization V right now. We have two sweet and adorable kitties, MuMu and Safi who get along great and act like sisters.
We go out a lot, usually a few times during the week and almost always on the weekends. My husband keeps me cultured by taking me to great art shows and sometimes plays around the city. We sometimes attend protests, rallies, and fundraisers to stay active around the city and support our local community.
I am a huge music fan. Some would call me a music snob, though I try not to be too elitist and give every artist a chance. To get me going at work lately, I tend to listen to Dancemania Speed albums, which are nonstop mixes of fast, happy hardcore songs, many of which are remixes of Dance Dance Revolution songs or popular music. I spend a lot of time on Facebook and venue sites looking for the hottest, underground shows in the area. St. Louis has quite a swelling independent music scene lately, so there are always plenty of local and national shows to go see. Last year we went to over a hundred shows! Last night we saw YACHT which was the current highlight of the year for me. I am excited to say we have Radiohead tickets for next week, M83 tickets for May, and The Shins tickets for June. We love going to Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago every year. Tickets go on sale in just a few days, and this year I am most looking forward to seeing Grimes and Godspeed You! Black Emperor (never thought I would see them!). They still have 30+ bands to announce, so the lineup can only get better. Some of our favorite local bands include Spelling Bee, Britches, Trauma Harness, and Ra Cailum. Check them out on Bandcamp. I have a few songs of my own on Bandcamp and Soundcloud, but I would consider myself very much an amateur and still learning how to best use the tools at my disposal. I would like to be able to produce some great happy hardcore tracks, but my skill level is not there yet.
I work fulltime as a computer programmer at a community college. I don't make videogames like my childhood dream, but it is quite a nice campus with lots of fun events happening all the time.
I like to doodle and sometimes make collages. I have completed one huge collage of videogame characters and scenes from game magazines that is pretty breathtaking and full of fun easter eggs to find. I will try to get a picture posted somewhere, as I think members of this site would be able to appreciate it. I would consider myself an amateur artist as well as an amateur musician.
We like to watch streaming Netflix and Hulu/other online shows. We are both suckers for reality TV. Some of our favorite shows include Project Runway, The Challenge on MTV, and Modern Family. I was really impressed with the first season of American Horror Story last year and would highly recommend that show.

I'm a network administrator for a very large company. In my free time I like to listen to music, take in a movie, and of course, work on this website. I also enjoy a variety of outdoor activities but I'm currently enduring a cold winter and I can't wait for spring.

When I started the site a year ago I had very basic web development knowledge and have been able to make the site what it is today. It has been an amazing learning tool and I've very much enjoyed doing it. If things every go south at my current company I would like to make the switch to web development. I try to keep up as much as possible, going through submissions, adding games and developing the actual site is very time consuming. Luckily, I love doing it and my current job allows me a bit of free time to work on it on the side.

I like some TV shows, but that interest is waning with the years. My current favorites are How I Met Your Mother, House, NCIS, Fringe, and my wife and I watch American Idol (recorded to skip everything except songs and results; we never vote).
Movies are fun, but I rarely get out to see them in a theater--last time we did it was $100, which included some snacks, but is way too expensive--and Netflix is my main source now.
There are many other things I like doing that I just don't spend time on anymore, like carving, painting, drawing, (listening to) music, jig-saw puzzles, and puzzle books. Days are spent at work, and weekends mostly go towards spending time with the family.

My name is Natalie. I absolutely love video games and this website, by the way. :) For me, video games are my favorite way to relax and unwind. Nothing just absolutely takes me to another world after a hard day like video games.

I'm a creative writing major (and a double major in math) and I plan to try to to make a living someday working for newspapers, publishing short stories, and eventually novels. As a writer, I'm almost required to love reading. I read everything from fantasies to classics and my favorite authors are Kurt Vonnegut and Margaret Atwood.

My name is Cris and i live in Kansas City. I have 2 kiddos at home we all enjoy gaming. I enjoy almost every kind of video game love RPG's, platformers, action/adv, shooters, just not sports or driving games. We also have gotten into Euro games (which are board games but a lot more fun than monopoly or risk ever thought of being).
We watch a lot of tv shows and movies off of netflix. I also enjoy fishing and have an interest in hunting but to be honest i know nothing about it but trying to learn. I am also an avid golfer love to play just never get to with kids and a lack of funding.
I also love watching MMA fights. I spent 5 years in martial arts and love the MMA as well as the history of martial arts and history in general.
Also, we are Christians if anyone cares about the religious stuff.

My name is Christian, though I prefer to go by middle name Michael. I'm a first-year college student, though I have enough credits that I'm technically a sophomore. I'm pursuing an English degree (potentially a Master's) and a minor in Psychology.
Naturally, I enjoy reading, but I love writing most. As of today I've written one unpublished novel, an award-winning one-act play, and countless short stories. I find words more beautiful than any art or music. Though, I do try to keep up with other forms of entertainment. I particularly like speed-watching entire series of shows, listening to They Might Be Giants and David Bowie, and watching hilariously bad movies with my brother. I also like to write music. I'm not really that good at any instruments, so it's more of a hobby than anything. I also enjoy nature, and occasionally go on long walks with no idea where I'm going or how to get back.
I'm an atheist, but I don't try to convince others that religion is wrong. In fact, I tend to shy away from people in general. I have very little patience for parties and I have an anxiety about entering other people's homes. But I get fulfillment from my small circle of close friends and family.
Other than that, it's mostly just games for me. I want to be productive, so I'm going to start analyzing the games I play like I would with literature. I know that games are art, and I think part of why people are hesitant to believe is because there isn't much of a mature discourse about it outside of certain groups. So, that's me in a nutshell!

I'm really into libertarian economy books lately, those guys really know their sh*t. I'm buying silver because I belive it will bring me a huge profit. well... i'm in to anime. i have been since i was 8. it's really unique, entertaining to watch, and just awesome. i've watched and completed a total of 20 different anime. well, i guess when the whether is nice, i like to bike a lot. but besides that, i got nothing.

Movies. Soo many movies. I am probably more of a moviebuff then I am a gamer. Also into tv series (Breaking Bad August 18th, season premiere, can't wait!). I also hang out with friends and go to the gym. Another passion of mine is music (mostly older rock, not a big fan of the new Miley Cyrus/Selena Gomez crap.) And that's about it. I don't have that much spare time while studying in the university.
