I saw something similar to this posted on another unrelated thread but I couldn't find it again. I'm conflicted if I should put the games in completed, retired or create a new tab for it. I don't want to put it in completed because I haven't beat the game, but I don't want to put it in retired either because I still want to play the game I just can't right now. What I'm probably going to do is create a new tab for it, but I want you guys opinion on this.

Sounds like a backlog game to me.

If it isn't retired, completed, or playing... then it's just sitting on the shelf (so to speak) which is a backlog scenario IMO. =)

I agree. This is what the backlog is for :)

Yeah, that makes sense. Sorry for asking such a dumb question. For some reason, I couldn' wrap my head around it. I think it's got something to do with the fact that I also got rid of the games as well. Hmmm, probably should've mentioned that as well.

Well that's where I differ from most people. I backlog anything I want to play. Other people only backlog games they "own" and sometimes make a custom list as a wishlist of games they want to play but don't currently have access to (or at least not access in the way they want access).

If you aren't already using your custom tab for something else, you could do what I'm doing and make it a 'To Be Continued (TBC)' tab. I currently have around 20 games in there - some completed, others not - that I intend to come back to in the future.

No such thing as a dumb question =)
