Yep. We made this decision a few years ago as a community. It's just a Vita.

Weird, I was thinking this morning about the X1 but was going to wait until I actually buy one to suggest it.

It would be nice if you could rename PC-8801 to PC-88 and PC-9801/21 to just PC-98. It seems to get missed amongst other posts when I bring it up.

I've updated the code for PC-88 and PC-98, I'll combined it into my next update.

Hello! Thanks for this awesome website! I've noticed that when exporting the All Playthrough Data the .csv now is different from before. I can't see the category (completed, backlog, etc) of the game now (just some strange characters "âœ"). Is everything OK or it's a bug?

You should see every category as it's own column now, with a checkmark in the related column.

Oh, thank you! I've converted from .csv to excel and now I can see the data properly!

Feature Request:
A feature to add images of the endscreen of the ending/savefile in games like Metroid or Resident Evil

I think you could add the link to your completion notes?

Feature Request:
Add a option to link your social media and maybe even a feature that sends a tweet when you have a new activity. Kinda like how AniList does it.

BTW, is this behavior only implemented on certain devices? I feel like IME it only ever worked on phone.

Site Update:

Stats
- The HowLongToBeat stats page has been completely overhauled and now includes modifiers!
- Select from the following: Platforms, Release Year, Perspectives, Flows, Genres

Forum
- Must be a member for at least 1 hour to post on the forum.

General
- "Playing" game stats modified to count only those playing in the last 90 days.
- Timestamps updated when selecting "Playing" button.

Platforms
- Renamed PC-88 and PC-98 to their shorter titles.

It's basically impossible to know how the stats page will perform once it goes live so this is also a test to see how that goes. If it's slow we may default to the current year statistics or find another solution.

EDIT: Also, I haven't converted the game info on existing games using PC-88 and PC-98 in the database yet. I'll get to those tomorrow.

I may have missed something, but is something off about filtering to PlayStation on the Stats page? When I filter to PS2 I get games like Psychonauts and Okami, but filtering to PlayStation gives me games like Hollow Knight and Stardew Valley. Unless that filter is for a more broad look at all the generations?

Edit: I believe the Game Boy filter is also showing games for Game Boy Advance, but since I haven’t played these I’m not completely sure.

I don't think the Stats page works on Firefox Mobile.

Also, did you see my above question about the spoiler behavior? I ask because on a laptop for instance it would be good to be able to click to reveal like on mobile. It also sounds like something that would be good for accessibility even with a mouse.

Ah yes, good catch. I've already worked a solution. Thanks for pointing it out.

EDIT: I tested on my FireFox mobile and it works. Might be a caching issue?

Mobile is a tap to reveal, while desktop is click and hold (or highlight by dragging over it).

This is just because a mobile tap makes the site think you are holding your finger over it.

Maybe, or maybe it's a Chromebook issue. I don't expect you to provide fixes for Firefox Mobile running on an Android emulator within Chrome OS XD

And I know that's how/why it works that way on mobile, but I'm saying that if you could implement it on all devices that would be grand. It's a bit annoying to click and hold spoilers on a laptop trackpad IMO. I also think it would be good for accessibility, in case people have pain in their fingers that makes it hard to hold a mouse press while reading long, spoiled-out passages? Because users on this site - myself included - do hide entire paragraphs.

Just a suggestion is all. Not do or die, but I'd personally find it helpful and I'm sure someone with arthritis or similar might too.

Site Stats are broken in macOS Safari. The header displays but not data, and changing the drop downs doesn't work. Also clicking games/user/friends doesn't do anything. My own stats display fine but I assume they haven't been given an update.

edit: Same with mobile Safari.

resolved.

^ This was the same behavior I saw on my mobile Firefox, FYI. But now it's working, so maybe you just need to wait for the cache to clear or whatever Everdred said?
