Yes, that's right, and that's where the inconsistency is. The name of that list is "Recent Completions". Wouldn't it make more sense to be named "Recently Updated Completions" Or just give it the same function as the other list?

That certainly seems to be the case.

Looks like anything with a + in the image name.
There are 46 games. I will fix them.

In my blog, I sometimes go back to edit previous posts, but it's annoying because it overwrites the publishing date, like:

I agree with Gardenappl.
Also, now that I think about it. It would be really nice to have a "sort by publisher" option in game lists.
And a sort by developer option would make sense too if you were to add the publisher option.

I wonder how that would be handled since many games have had multiple publishers and/or developers over the years and this is currently handed by separating them by commas in a single text string (at least visually, i assume this is the case on the backend)

Yeah, it's highly unlikely any time soon.
Not only that but publisher and developers have changed their names over time. Like Enix joining Square as Square Enix, etc.
It's totally possible to add in it's current state but wouldn't provide consistent enough results for me to want to add it.
A better implementation would require the dev/pub to have their own unique ID instead of based on name so that it would be consistent.

Im just wondering if there is a place where I can recommend games that need to be added? I'm going to check out this indie game called Metamorphos really soon, and I was wondering where to see about getting the game added to the website.

Go to "Submit", type in your game and if it's not on the site yet click on the button which reads "Not seeing your game? Click here to add it."

Thanks, that is really good to know.

Considering how many people don't know about the Submit button, I wonder if there's a better name for it? I can't think of anything else one line, but maybe "Add Game" would be worth the extra word? ngl I myself struggle to remember how to submit a new game sometimes because the button label isn't obvious to me.

Hey! Don't know if this has been asked yet, but is there a reason why we can't score in decimal places, like 8.5/10, 73/100 or 93%?
There's a lot of games that get a 8.5 or 9.5 from me, but I ended up giving it a 10/10 or 9/10 just because the site won't let me

Suggestion: a forum tool that lets you search for games and automatically to link them in your post.

13 Yrs♥F✓#
Similar to new threads but for posts?

13 Yrs♥F✓#
Other members have been vocal about wanting the same so it's not out of the question but you won't see it for a while as I focus on other things.

9 Yrs♥✓#
Yeah, something like that. Just a slightly easier way of including links to games like: A Plague Tale: Innocence A forum tool where you can type in the name of the game, click it, and it inserts the link into the post for you.

Would it be possible to include Youtube livestreams in the "Live on Twitch" page? Not sure if that's an easy or difficult thing to implement, but figured I'd suggest it.

What about adding some sort of "input used" option for PC games? That would let you choose options like 'gamepad' or 'mouse and keyboard'. It would be interesting to see how people control certain games but it would also be helpful for games that you're not sure what the default control recommendation is (what the developers intended as the input).

Given how prevelant gamepad support is these days I'm not sure that's much use as a feature. You can basically assume based on genre, action games from the last 15-20 years will support gamepads, strategy games not so much. Especially if the title is on console as well.

I wasn't meaning to find out what games support it, but what input method works best for the game/most people use. Like most MMOs I'll use mouse and keyboard but there's been a few that feel like they were designed for gamepad use. Most 3rd person action games feel like they were made for gamepads but some might feel better with M&K. Then there's games like Gears of War where the standard is gamepad, and if you're playing as a gnasher main gamepad is the best, but if you're a boltok or longshot main then M&K might be the best.

I'm not sure that helps your case, rather the opposite.

At the very least, which nothing comes up in the search results, it'd be nice to have a link to the game submission form.

This is on my list and will definitely be added at some point.
