I completely agree with you mockturtle. There is nothing I wish more from this site than to be able to give more specific scores to the games. I'm talkin about full 1-100 scale. I know it might not be important for many people. It's just that numbers and I have a special relationship :D It's almost painful to not be able to give scores that really reflect my feelings for the game (even rounding from 79 to 80 is not something I like to do). Like mockturtle said, you could still rate the game 1-5 or 1-10, you'd just have an option to give a more accurate rating using the 1-100 scale.

But looking at the bigger picture, I don't know anything about managing a site like this, so if there is no easy way to just flip a switch to make changes to the rating system then maybe it's not worth it.

Obviously, if implementing the feature isn't feasible, I don't want to keep prattling on and on about it, but yes, more options would be nice. Glad to see I'm not crazy all by myself!

I might be stupid... but is there a way to mass move multiple games between categories? If not will this be ever implemented?

On Goodreads' stats page for your collection, one of the options is a scatter chart graph that plots books you've read against the publication year. I don't know if it'd be useful for anyone else (or if it'd be even possible), but I for one would find a version for HLTB collections to be interesting.

Would be useful if this site collaborated with TrueGamingNetwork so you can import your completion times or libraries from Xbox or PS. They have a Steam site too but you can already import that.Alternatively, you could try to import from the Xbox or PS websites.

I don't know if anyone else has asked this anywhere, as just this thread alone is massive, but how long after making a first post does it take to be allowed to make a thread? I recently made my account and wanted to get involved in the community, but it's still blocking my thread-making and I've made 3 (this one being 4) posts already. I don't wanna sound impatient, but it still telling me I need to make a post is confusing, when I already have and my profile recognizes that I have. I guess the feedback part of this post is to say, maybe change the wording on that so that it doesn't sound like posting will instantly grant access? So far this site looks amazing and I'm like a kid wanting to explore everything, ya know?

Turns out, when you customize it for every user on every major page (game, user and submit pages) it slows down the site.

I have put the most popular platforms at the top for everyone to use.

EDIT: Also, let me know if you notice any speed improvements. I will be looking into more ways to speed up the site too, and possibly upgrading our server again.

I wonder if there's a way for Everdred to see if these multiple "Rebecca" profiles are coming from the same IP, then blacklist that IP.

Not sure if it's possible or not, but one thing I've noticed that could be improved is keeping our Steam times up-to-date. I uploaded my game titles via Steam, and I have a lot of them. But as I'm playing new things on Steam there's no way to transfer my time played there onto the site here without doing it manually, and that can be tedious. Implementing a way to "update" our time played could be really handy.

Also while I'm here I wanted to put in an idea for maybe two custom categories, instead of just one? I personally use mine for Endless games to keep them out of my backlog, but a lot of people use it for Wishlist. Either that or adding these two categories in and leaving one custom category for people who want it for other things would be nice. It's not a needed change, just more of a quality of life one.

We can see the IPs and block them but any experienced spammer would be able to circumvent this.
