Can't add games to my profile anymore

Hey! It's been a few months since I haven't been able to add games to my profile, after selecting the console and clicking add, the H logo will start spinning indefinitely and will not finish no matter how much time passes.

I've pretty much tried every combination possible of multiple computers/phone, multiples browsers, and with and without a VPN.

Hello, it sounds like you want to add a game to your profile, you can simply select the platform and then the category you want to send it to.

Example: Select "PC" and click "Completed" to add to your completions.

By your description, you are actually attempting to add it to a Collection without a name. That is actually a bug, I'm pushing an update to fix that now. Collections are a relatively new feature that allows you to build a custom list of games that may not have anything to do with games you having or are playing.

Hey Everdred! I was able to get it now, seems I got a little confused with the Collections thing because I thought you had to click the Add button to complete the add. Despite doing this 300+ times already seems like I forgot just by not using the platform in a few months hah.

I saw that you added a "you must enter a collection name" now to prevent this issue, it should help other people avoid this. I'm wondering if a dropdown list instead, like the one Platform/Storefront uses, makes more sense usability-wise? My brain still sees the Add button as the logical way to add games but this could well be a "me" only problem. Maybe just changing the text to "Add to Collections" is a better choice?
